When signing in to view your First HSA account, you will be asked for a User Name and Password. Once signed in, you will have the ability to change only your Password. On your initial sign in, your User Name will be your social security number (no dashes or spaces). Your Password will be your first initial and last name in all upper case letters (no spaces). For example:

User Name: 123456789

Password: JSMITH
