Electronic Enrollment Format Instructions:
First
HSA has developed an Electronic Enrollment that allows employers to
enroll their employees electronically by simply inputting fields
into a database provided by First HSA. This batch file allows
employers to enroll a large number of employees efficiently and
expeditiously. Although we still require a written application from
each employee, entering the batch file ensures timely enrollment and
accuracy.
In order to send your Employee’s
information to First HSA via our Batch File, you must provide First
HSA with general information regarding each employee. A Batch File
will be sent to you with the required fields and information to be
entered by your HR department. These fields generally can be
obtained from your current employee database. Once the Batch File is
competed simply follow the instructions contained in the Batch File.
